SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, except to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Lithuania, Brazil, Russia, Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Philippines, Chile, Greece, Ireland, Mexico, Portugal, and Puerto Rico.

It takes 4-5 weeks to receive your order for most countries. We'll email you tracking info when your order ships. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $250. Please note we can't control customs duties of your country, duty if any has to be paid by you.

We don't ship to Armed Forces/APO/FPO addresses/P.O. boxes. If you want to change your shipping address, please email us at support@samleungbespoke.com before your order ships.

 

RETURN & ALTERATIONS

We always recheck the order before dispatching.

If our measurements differ from what you submitted, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will replace the garment with a new one absolutely free of charge on return of the old garment for us to check, as these garments are custom made specially for you we do not provide any refunds. Please be advised that while we cut the garment in the exact specifications that you give, the measurements can differ a bit, this is acceptable in the specialized custom clothing industry, also keeping in mind these are hand made garments. If an order requires adjustments, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and determine which areas needs to be increased or decreased. We'll alter for you free of charge the first time, if it is alterable. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return shipment will be paid for by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible if any fabric goes out of stock, we will refund you if any order is placed and we do not have adequate stocks, this applies for single orders. We will not entertain any claims if multiple orders are placed for the same fabric and we are not able to fulfill all or any one of them.

Our shipping period is usually faster than we claim, however if the order goes on hold due to a reconfirmation required or a fabric stock issue or any other reason no delay issues can be raised as all orders are custom made, our customer support team will assist you if the order is urgent.

RETURN & REFUND

To Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be advised that gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take sometime before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@samleungbespoke.com.

 

Final sale item

Final sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@samleungbespoke.com and send your item to: 851 Lexington Ave 2nd Floor New York, NY 10065
